I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It offered clean and comfortable rooms suitable for solo travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, aiding with local recommendations and travel bookings. The location, though near a navy base, was convenient with easy access to transportation. The dining options, while tasty, lacked variety and were slightly overpriced. Overall, a decent choice for a short stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was super convenient, just steps away from the bus terminal and train station, making it easy to get around. The service was top-notch with very helpful staff who recommended great local eateries and assisted with booking our ferry to KUMAMOTO. However, the room size was smaller than expected, and there was a somewhat rude staff member insisting on holding our car key and being informed of our movements. Overall, a good experience with a few hiccups.

The room was pretty typical in size for Japan, but smaller than a dorm room. This was the only negative point for me.
